Limited Edition Pigment Prints
My photographs are available as limited edition pigment ink prints at 11 x 14 inches and 16 x 20 inches. I also offer highly-limited special edition large format prints at sizes up to 44 inches along the shortest edge.
All of my prints are produced with archival pigment inks on either Hahnemuhle German Etching or Hahnemuhle Photorag paper. I chose these papers because they complement the photographs well.
For images that have richer tones, I prefer to use German Etching. At 310gsm, it is a heavyweight paper and has a slightly warm base tone, as well as a strong mottled texture. It creates prints with strong colours and deep blacks that feel rich and high in contrast. Perfect for photographs rich in contrast.
For those images that are more muted in tone, I use Hahnemuhle’s Photorag paper. This paper is a slightly lighter stock at
My standard prints are produced in my office using a professional Canon printer, while large special edition prints are produced on large format Epson printers at The Print Space in Shoreditch, London.
I have been working with The Print Space for the last 7 years. The prints they produce are consistent and of the highest quality; I could not envisage using another supplier for large prints unless I had the facilities to produce them myself.
I work with pigment inks because of the longevity of the prints, and the control over print quality it affords.
Standard Limited Edition Print Pricing
11″ x 14″ Limited Edition Print: £89.00 (inc. VAT)
16″ x 20″ Limited Edition Print: £159.00 (inc. vAT)
All limited edition prints are inspected by me personally. They are limited to a run of 50 prints across the two sizes, plus no more than two artist’s proofs at 11″ x 14″ or 16″ x 20″, and an 8″ x 10″ print for my order book.
The print includes an (approx.) half inch white border to aid mounting and framing. The artwork is individually signed and numbered on the back with a graphite pencil and comes with an embossed certificate of authenticity.
Prints can be supplied mounted and ready for framing with a snow white mat for an additional £26.00 (11″ x 14″) or £36.00 (16″ x 20″) to cover the production of the mat, mounting and increased shipping costs.
The mats are professionally produced by my preferred frame supplier, and are produced in proportion to the image.
Delivery & Framing
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your print to be produced and delivered to you.
Prints are covered with acid-free tissue paper before being carefully rolled and packed into a wide-diameter poster tube to protect it. Matted prints are carefully wrapped and then boxed.
I do not offer framing services at the moment in order to prevent issues with shipping of fragile glass, but I am researching museum quality anti-glare plexiglass as an alternative. If you require framing and you are local to me, I am happy to hand deliver.
To aid your purchase of a suitable frame, my mounted prints come with the following dimensions:
11″ x 14″ – 400 x 500mm mount
16″ x 20″ – 500 x 600mm mount
Do note that the aperture on the mat is slightly larger than the print to leave a small white border between the mat and the artwork.
In the meantime, I recommend taking your print to a professional framer – I can advise you, if required. I find they look best with a single snow white mat, a simple neutral-coloured frame and museum glass or anti-glare acrylic.
If you have any questions or special requests, please do reach out to me. I’ll be delighted to help you.
